ANSEA was represented at the 79th World Health Assembly (WHA 79) held in Geneva in from May 18-23, 2026 by our Managing Director, Mr Anand Jha.
This year’s WHA79 together global health leaders under the theme “Reshaping global health: a shared responsibility.” Over six days, member states adopted more than 20 decisions and 13 resolutions—ranging from first-ever agreements on stroke and radiation to landmark strides in precision medicine and health workforce ethics. In addition, more than 140 side events were organized across Geneva during the 79th World Health Assembly (WHA79) by member states, civil society networks, and global health alliances.
Mr Anand participated in several side events, specifically on Health Systems Innovation and Financing, sharing the work ANSEA has done on healthcare financing and engaging with global health leaders and MoH representatives responsible for healthcare decision making in their countries.
Our participation reflects the firm’s continued commitment to stay aligned with key topics that dominate today’s healthcare dialogs as well as insights shaping the future of healthcare and technology.
