Anand Jha

Managing Director

Anand is responsible for the corporate strategy, business development and overall operations of the firm.

He is a healthcare industry veteran with many years of multidisciplinary experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He was the Head of Market Access and Government Affairs Asia/Russia and General Manager for Alcon at Singapore. His previous responsibilities range from sales, marketing, strategic planning, pricing and market access, and general management at global and regional levels, primarily in Novartis.

Anand is an engineer with a Masters in International Business from IIFT, India and MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

David Lin

South East Asia

David is responsible for overseeing ANSEA operations for SE Asia.

He has worked in different functions in his career spanning more than 20 years – sales, marketing, business unit management, market access, policy, communications, government affairs, and key accounts – across various multinational corporations such as Pfizer, AZ, Bayer, Sanofi, Novartis, MSD and GSK. His leadership roles include those of business unit director, head of market access and director communications, government affairs and strategic customer solutions.

David has a Bachelors of Science with an MBA from Australia and a Public Policy specialization from London School of Economics.

Jaganmohan Verma

Senior Director

HTA / HEOR / RWE

Jagmohan Verma is the Senior Director at ANSEA, leading our HTA / HEOR modelling practice and brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industries.

Jagmohan’s expertise spans Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE) data analysis, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) research and development. He has worked with multiple global consulting firms such as Heron Health, Parexel, Capita, BresMed, and ZS Associates, where he led and managed projects focused on economic model development and adaptation, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and real-world data analysis. His experience includes working with databases like SEER, KNHANES, NHIRD, and Optum, and he is proficient in using SAS and R software for data analysis.

Jagmohan has been an invited speaker at numerous industry and academic forums, is a published author in academic journals, and has served as a mentor to Master’s students in Pharmacy. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from NIPER Mohali, India.

Jagmohan Verma is the Senior Director at ANSEA, leading our HTA / HEOR modelling practice and brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industries.

Vasudha Mukherjee

Principal Consultant

Vasudha is responsible for guiding and leading projects related to health economic modelling, HTA submissions, global value dossiers and policy briefs, as well as managing the clients based in North America.

She is a Market Access/HEOR professional with over 20 years of experience in developing and executing market access/HEOR strategies to support launch and enable access and reimbursement. Her experience spans across the biopharma and medical devices/diagnostics portfolio, in creating and demonstrating value, partnering with external data and clinician partners, working on early pricing strategies, and contracting to meet evolving needs of payers/HTA agencies globally. With the focus on the US, she has also successfully supported reimbursement for several EU and Asian countries including China and Korea. Vasudha has worked on several position papers to help shape health policies, by engaging with external policymakers, industry associations, and advocacy groups.

Vasudha has a Masters in Physiology from University of Calcutta, India and MBA from ICFAI Business School, India.
